Charis Acoustic does not handle payments ourselves through the online store, but instead use PayPal and Stripe for the processing of all payments.

Return Policies

TUNER BUTTONS: We offer a 14 day return policy after purchasing if not thoroughly happy with your tuner buttons. This includes a full refund of your purchase price (excludes any customer paid shipping costs).

We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label in the event of a return.

GUITARS: We offer a 48 hr return policy (within the US) after purchasing if not thoroughly happy with your guitar. This includes a full refund of the purchase price (does not include shipping).
